Tambora Run 5K held by West Jakarta Administration goes lively, Sunday (8/27). Around 2,500 participants who consist of students and residents of Tambora Sub-district are seen enthusiastically participating the event. 

It can be a forum to find the seeds of runner athletes and tighten the silaturahmi between residents and the ranks of local government

West Jakarta Mayor, Anas Effendi launches the run event from Kalijodo RPTRA. In that occasion, the run 5K takes routes from Jalan Kali Angke, Jembatan Lima (KH Mas Mansur) and ends to Jalan Latumenten Raya.

Besides that, it also become a forum of silaturahmi between residents with ranks of West Jakarta Administration.

"It can be a forum to find the seeds of runner athletes and tighten the silaturahmi between residents and the ranks of local government. I hope it can be held regularly," he stated.

Tambora Sub-district Head, Djaharudin added, around 1,000 students of SD-SMA are participating in the evnt.

"We are very enthusiastic residents happy to participate in the event," he closed.
